Role Overview

Flamingo Horticulture Kenya Limited is seeking a recent graduate with a passion for data analysis and business intelligence to support data-driven decision making across the organisation. The role will involve collecting, analysing and presenting data from multiple departments to provide insights that support operational and strategic decisions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and consolidate data from departments including Production, Packhouse, Logistics, Finance, Sales and People Operations.
  • Analyse operational and business data to identify trends and performance insights.
  • Develop clear reports, dashboards and visualisations for management.
  • Present findings in a simple and understandable way to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Support the monitoring of key metrics such as production volumes, rejection rates customer demand patterns and workforce trends.


Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.

Must have graduated within the last two years.

Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.


Tools

Power BI experience preferred (training may be provided).

Exposure to AI or emerging data tools is an advantage.
